Meet Ryan Kunkel – The Visionary Behind Top Moving Solutions
Ryan Kunkel, the founder and owner of Top Moving Solutions, began his journey in the moving industry quite unexpectedly right after college. Starting at an entry-level job, he quickly noticed a pattern — many customers were unhappy with the moving services they received. This frustration inspired Ryan to create a better way.
Determined to raise the bar, Ryan founded Top Moving Solutions with a focus on honesty, care, and professionalism. Since 2009, under his leadership, the company has moved over 15,000 families and businesses, growing from a small local team into a trusted, family-run company operating nationwide.
Ryan’s philosophy is simple: customers come first. With a 98% satisfaction rating, Top Moving Solutions truly lives up to its motto, “the movers who care,” because for Ryan, it’s not just business — it’s a commitment to every customer’s peace of mind.
Meet Some of the Team!
Brittany is the newest member of the team coming up on her first year anniversary. Originally from Colorado she loves the outdoors, helping others, and answering people’s questions about their move and assisting before, during, and after in customer service!
Sammy has been with the company since before its inception; I took her with me from another company because she was so good! Originally from Boston she loves the Sox, house music, and ensuring every client is as prepared as they can be for their upcoming move through her quality assurance calls 3 days prior.
Kevin is one of our lead reps, has been with the company for years, and is the “jester” of the office. Always has a smile on his face, a warm greeting, and a wealth of knowledge to share with his clients arranging their moves. Originally from Philadelphia, he’s a die-hard Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and Sixers fan and enjoys rooting them on no matter where he is assigned in the country!
Scott A.K.A. “Mac” joined the Moving Consulting department bringing with him his years of knowledge from working for competitors, he loves that we care more about our clients than our profits and enjoys sharing his knowledge and putting his all into every client’s specific move as if it were his own! Originally from SoCal he enjoys surfing, catching a Charger’s game on the TV, and spending time with his wife.
Rachel heads up our HR department and does our books. She does not often serve in a client facing capacity but she loves hearing positive feedback and making sure the gang gets the job done right! Originally from Eastern PA she is loving the mountains, our dog Ringo, and has taken up skiing and snow machining on the weekends.
Rachel, A.K.A. Racher ,since there’s two, has been with the company for many years, she loves bringing her passion for helping others to the moving world by explaining the moving experience to her clients and sharing her wealth of knowledge. Originally from South Jersey, she loves all things Jersey Shore, GTL, and taking her daughter to the Wildwood boardwalk.
Brad, one of our crew leaders in the Nashville location loves spending his days off with his 5 children, watching his Titans, and going to church. I’ll give anyone $5 who can honestly say he addressed you as anything other than “Sir” or “Ma’am”. Brings years of experience, a pure kindness, and the knowledge of how to move your items as good or better than anyone in the country!
Ringo is our stress reliever, he runs around the office looking for treats and belly rubs, and keeps us all sane. He enjoys getting out in the mountains on the weekends and his walks around town. He is the GOODEST boy.
